I committed to protect the privacy of my customers and act in accordance with the laws. The only information i keep is that which is used to process your order such as: the products you have ordered, your name, address and e-mail address (it is on exact copy of the receipt you receive with your goods). This information is kept as a reference in the case of any queries relating to your order, it is never used for any other purpose and never given to any third party.
Payment options
Shop securely online with PayPal using your debit card, credit card or bank account. I also provide more payment option such as moneybookers and libertyreserve. Please contact me first if you prefer another payment methods beside paypal.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return it in its original condition within 7 days with all packaging, and a full refund (excluding P&H) will be given. Please email me prior to returning any item to arrange a replacement or refund. I recommend that you send any item by Registered Post as we will not accept any responsibility for the loss of items in transit.
